FAQ

What are Vincent Catani frames made from?

Frames are crafted from either premium titanium (Florio collection) or Mazzucchelli bio-acetate (Collection ID). Lenses are CR39/polycarbonate with 100% UVA & UVB protection and an anti-scratch coating on both sides.

Where are the glasses made?

Every pair is handcrafted in Sabae, Fukui — the Japanese city renowned for producing the world's finest eyewear craftsmanship.

What's included with my order?

Each pair arrives with an ultra-portable leather case (certified chrome-free, vegetable-tanned leather), a microfibre lens cloth, and a keychain screwdriver for on-the-go adjustments.

How do I find the right size?

Each frame is offered in the size best suited to its design. If a frame feels a little wide or narrow for your face, any optician can professionally adjust the fit for you.

How do I care for my sunglasses?

Clean the lenses with the included microfibre cloth, avoid harsh chemicals, and store your frames in the leather case when you're not wearing them to protect against scratches and pressure damage.

What's your shipping and returns policy?

Full details are available on our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages.

Can I try frames in person?

Yes — visit our showroom in Copenhagen at Adelgade 106, or book a private session to try frames from our collections.
