Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping (Domestic):

    • Cost: Free for orders over 700 Dkk or 100€
    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.

  2. International Shipping:

    • Cost: 200 Dkk or 28 €
    • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the provided link or through our website’s order tracking page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • Vincent Catani is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take great care to ensure that your sunglasses arrive safely. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@vincentcatani.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the lost or damaged item(s) or providing a refund.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some countries may have restrictions on importing sunglasses. Please ensure that your country allows the import of our products before placing your order.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the package reshipped, but additional shipping charges will apply.
